I become your family’s one-on-one coach.

I’ll teach you practical parenting and kid empowerment strategies that you can use immediately. In fact, these time and kid-tested strategies are so effective, they start working as soon as you start using them.

This four-month individualized program literally goes behind the scenes in your home to teach and implement the strategies that can
transform your family from the inside out.

Here’s how the program works:

Step 1—
You fill out a form telling me about your family. You also send me a videotape of your family ‘in action.’

Step 2—
You choose three problem-area family situations (ex. Morning routine, homework time, getting kids to bed, going to a restaurant, etc.). I come to observe your family in each of those situations.

Step 3—
I share my observations with you and give you a toolkit of personalized written parenting strategies as well as an action plan to move forward.

Step 4—
I work with you in your home to implement the new strategies.

Step 5—
You practice the strategies on your own for one week.

Step 6—
(Optional Step) We set up video cameras in key places in your home to observe your progress.

Step 7—
More observations are made based on the recent video or in person visit.

Step 8—
We meet again to refine the strategy implementation.

Step 9—
You practice the strategies.

Step 10—
I come back one month later to check on your progress.
